On the 9th of September, Dalli and Kade were surrounded by loved ones as they were joined together in marriage. The stunning red barn with the perfect backdrop for their romantic, rustic ceremony, adorned with longhorn cow skulls, cowhide rugs, and hues of rust and sage green. Every detail came together seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that was both western and romantic. But it wasn't just the decor that made the day special. The couple shared intimate moments throughout the day, from a tender first touch and private vow reading to a heartfelt first look with the bride's father. As the night continued, laughter filled the air, and cherished memories were made. Dalli and Kade's wedding was an absolute delight, leaving everyone in awe of their love and the magical day they created. Congratulations Dalli and Kade! Welcome to the Believe Bride family!
The Proposal! Rodeo and Barrel Racing is my passion so of course Kade proposed to me in the arena with a barrel in the picture. It was cold and the end of November and I remember not even wanting to really ride that day so I came in the arena riding one of my barrel horses, Fancy and little did I know he was standing by the barrel with a ring in his hand. It was picture perfect having my horses be a part of it.
The Dress! My dress experience was so magical at believe bride. I had already been to a bridal studio and I was feeling quite defeated that I wouldn't find the dress that I was wanting. I had an idea of what I wanted but nothing I tried on really screamed THIS IS THE DRESS. My stylist was absolutely amazing and listened to exactly what I was wanting or searching for. She had me try on some dresses that were very plain and I thought this is not what I want at all but as I tried them on she told me I had to try on plain gowns to appreciate the detail in the gown that I actually ended up choosing. Turns out she was exactly right. As soon as I tried my gown on after trying on a very plain white gown I knew that was the one.
The Big Day! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have imagined it any better. We got married in front of a big red barn standing on a cowhide and my grandpa's big longhorn cow skull above us on our arch. Our union ceremony consisted of us branding for the first time our brand into a cowhide. The theme was a western rustic wedding. Rust and sage green were our colors. We exchanged private vows while we did a first touch which was very special because it was a chance for us both to feel each other so our nerves were calmed but we still were able to save the first look for walking down the isle. After we said I DO we walked back down the isle and kicked off our reception with bridal party introductions which were hilarious and very fun. My husband and I even coordinated a cute little dance to walk into. We had a pasta bar for dinner, had our special dances with moms and dads and then I even shared a dance with my older brother who is very special to me. The best part of my night was cutting the cake with my husband him finding a smirnoff ice in the middle of it which he then had to get down on one knee and chug the whole thing. It was a night we both will never forget and will always cherish celebrating with our closest loved ones.
What was your favorite part of your wedding? My favorite part of the wedding was the dancing and celebrating afterwards, we had glow sticks on the dance floor and those were a huge hit with all of our guests.
Special Memories! The most special memory is having all of our loved ones by our side. But having our best friend officiate the ceremony was something we will always hold near and dear to our hearts.
What advice would you give to future brides? Take in every aspect of the day, and don't worry about the things that go wrong. If they go wrong they were meant to go wrong.
