Hattie and Matthew’s wedding was a beautifully personal celebration filled with vintage charm, sentimental details, and plenty of love. Held right in their own backyard, their day brought a 1900s through 1950s inspired vision to life using treasured, borrowed, and thrifted pieces that made every detail feel completely unique to them. Matthew made sure Hattie never saw his proposal coming! The night before New Year’s Eve, the two were home getting ready for bed when Matthew kept finding little reasons for Hattie to leave the room, asking her to grab something he had forgotten or double check a locked door. After what felt like countless trips back and forth, Matthew asked if she would do him just one more favor. Hattie agreed, having no idea that this was the moment he had been leading up to all along. Instead of another errand, Matthew dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him! The surprise immediately turned into happy tears for both of them, making all those little trips out of the room completely worth it.

Hattie’s dress journey came with another wonderful surprise. While visiting Spokane with five girlfriends for a bridal expo, one of her friends secretly scheduled an appointment at Believe Bride. After visiting other bridal shops without finding anything she loved, Hattie immediately felt heard and understood by her stylist. About eight dresses in, she saw a gown in the fitting room and felt butterflies before she had even put it on. She told her stylist, “this is my dress I can feel it!” Once she was in the gown, the tears started before she even stepped out of the dressing room. She had found the one.

There was just one catch: Hattie had promised her daughter and mother-in-law that they would be there when she chose her wedding dress. Together with her stylist, she came up with the perfect plan. They scheduled another appointment and, when Hattie returned with the rest of her loved ones, everyone at Believe Bride pretended they had never met her before! Hattie was able to recreate the experience and surprise her family with the dress she had already fallen in love with, making her "yes" moment even more memorable.

On June 28, 2025, Hattie and Matthew transformed their backyard into a vintage-inspired celebration filled with pieces from the early 1900s through the 1950s. Their décor was old, borrowed, or thoughtfully thrifted, giving the wedding a collected and personal feeling that couldn't have been recreated with brand-new pieces.

Hattie’s favorite moment of the day was her first look with her dad. It was a moment they had both waited a long time to experience, making it one of the most emotional and meaningful memories of the celebration.

Another unforgettable surprise came from Hattie’s uncle Steve. He had created barn doors from wine casks for the wedding, and Hattie had been worried they wouldn't have the second set they needed. On the wedding day, Steve surprised her by having them ready, adding one more special handmade detail to a celebration already filled with so much love.

Her advice for future brides? “Be flexible! Be able to pivot if something doesn't go quite right. Don't be scared of used items, especially for decorations. You are only using it once. Also look into alternative options for flowers. Don't spend thousands on ones that will die. I used Sola wood flowers and I LOVE THEM! Received tons of compliments about them!”

Matthew’s proposal brought Hailey back to a place close to her heart. During a visit to her hometown, the two went for a walk along the beach. There, Matthew sang Hailey a song he had written especially for her before getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him. It was a sweet and personal beginning to their next chapter together.

When Hailey began shopping for her wedding dress, she walked in with a clear picture of what she thought she wanted. That vision quickly changed when her sister-in-law chose something completely different for her to try. As soon as Hailey put it on, she fell in love, and seeing the reactions on her family’s faces confirmed what she was already feeling. The dress simply felt right. More than anything, Hailey treasures the experience of having her family there beside her as she searched for the one.

On July 5, 2025, Hailey and Matthew were married at Fisherman’s Pavilion in Bellingham, Washington. Their family transformed the warehouse venue into a beautiful celebration space using a romantic palette of blush pink, white, gold, sage green, and touches of blue. One especially meaningful detail was the arbor handmade by Hailey’s grandfather and decorated by her mom, adding another personal family touch to their ceremony.

Hailey’s favorite moment came just after they officially became husband and wife. Walking back down the aisle together as a married couple was the moment everything became real and one she will always hold close.

Family played an incredibly meaningful role throughout their entire celebration. One memory that especially stands out was the speech Hailey’s dad gave during the reception. He spoke about the way Matthew had been there for Hailey and helped bring her smile and light back after the loss of her grandmother. It was a heartfelt reminder of the love surrounding the couple and the special bond their families share.

Her advice for future brides? “Honestly enjoy the little moments, and there are tons of ways to DIY things and really use the support that you have. Family is valuable and they can help so much even with the simplest little things.”

Sariana + Shaun

Sariana and Shaun’s wedding was a heartfelt summer celebration centered around their love, faith, and the people who mean the most to them. From their private communion before the ceremony to emotional vows shared in front of their closest family and friends, their day at Mukogawa US Campus was filled with intentional moments they’ll never forget. Congratulations Sariana and Shaun! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

Shaun’s proposal made an already meaningful place even more special. While celebrating their anniversary at Dockside, the two took a walk along the boardwalk before dinner, where Shaun had arranged for his parents to take anniversary photos. It was there that he got down on one knee in the very same place his parents had gotten engaged! He even picked out Sariana’s ring himself, with a little secret help from her Pinterest page.

Sariana’s dress journey proved that sometimes your perfect gown is completely different from what you imagined. She originally pictured herself in floral lace, beading, and sparkle, until her maid of honor convinced her to try just one classic satin gown. The moment Sariana stepped out of the fitting room, she burst into tears and instantly knew satin was the direction she needed to go. At their final stop, Believe Bride, she found a timeless satin gown with buttons down the back and a beautiful long train that made her feel beyond beautiful.

On July 12, 2025, Sariana and Shaun were married outdoors at Mukogawa US Campus. Even with the summer heat, Sariana was so wrapped up in the excitement of marrying her best friend that she hardly noticed it. Before the ceremony, the couple shared a private first touch and communion with their pastor while standing back to back, allowing them to have an intimate moment together while still saving their first look for the aisle.

One of Sariana’s favorite moments was exchanging vows with Shaun. With both of them in tears, they poured their hearts out to one another in front of God and all of their family and friends. After waiting all day to see his bride, Shaun finally saw Sariana for the first time as she walked down the aisle, making the ceremony even more emotional.

Another memory Sariana will always treasure happened before the ceremony with Shaun’s mom, Shaina. She had written Sariana a letter, and the two shared a private moment together while Sariana opened it. Being able to share those words, emotions, and happy tears together made it an unforgettable part of the day.

Her advice for future brides? “Do not stress out as the wedding gets close! I planned my whole wedding with some help from family for decorations, and I was so happy that everything was figured out to where I didn't have to do any setup the day of. If your venue allows you to decorate the day before, do it, and if you can take a few days or a week off before the wedding to just pamper yourself and make sure everything is in order, do it!”

Olena and Genadiy’s wedding was a celebration that felt straight out of a fairytale. From warm, elegant details at Barn Owl to an unforgettable horseback ride into the sunset, every moment reflected the joy of finally celebrating their love. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, heartfelt wishes, and the people they love most, their day became everything they had dreamed it would be. Congratulations Olena and Genadiy! Olena and Genadiy’s engagement was just as breathtaking as their wedding day. During a spontaneous trip to Glacier National Park, Genadiy surprised Olena by proposing with the stunning backdrop of snow-covered mountains. It was an unexpected moment that quickly became one of the most cherished memories of their love story.

When it came to finding her wedding dress, Olena knew exactly what she was searching for. Although she visited several bridal salons, she intentionally saved Believe Bride for last because she had a feeling her dream dress would be waiting there. She wasn't the only one who believed in Believe Bride—her sisters and a close friend had all found their gowns there as well. The moment Olena spotted her dress, she instantly knew it was the one. She tried it on, fell in love, and purchased it that very day without a second thought.

On May 25, 2025, Olena and Genadiy were married at Barn Owl in a celebration filled with warmth, elegance, and unforgettable moments. The wedding featured rich brown tones throughout the décor, from the bridesmaids' dresses to the carefully coordinated details that brought their vision to life. Looking back, Olena says the day exceeded every expectation. Feeling beautiful in her dream gown with her perfect hair and makeup, she enjoyed every moment from the ceremony through the reception, where guests celebrated with fun games, heartfelt well wishes, and plenty of laughter.

One of Olena's favorite moments came at the very end of the evening. Rather than leaving in a traditional getaway car, she and Genadiy rode away on horseback into the sunset. It was a breathtaking and unforgettable ending that made their wedding feel even more magical.

Of course, every wedding has a story to tell, and Olena's came just before that unforgettable exit. As she climbed onto her horse, the excitement and cheering from guests startled the animals, causing her horse to briefly take off. Although it was a little frightening in the moment, everything quickly settled down, and she stayed safely in the saddle. Looking back, Olena laughs about the experience and says it made the day even more memorable.

Her advice for future brides? “Just don’t be nervous, don’t stress—simply enjoy the moment, because we only get experiences like this once in a lifetime.”

Chase’s proposal was as thoughtful as it was romantic. Wanting to honor the beginning of their story, he recreated their very first date from start to finish. He picked Rebecca up from work and took her back to the exact spot where they first met on the University of Idaho campus. From there, they stopped at Dutch Bros for mini hot chocolates, just as they had on their first date, before heading to a local Christmas light display. As they walked through the lights, Chase led Rebecca to a beautifully decorated old train station where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. It was intimate, personal, and the perfect way to begin their engagement.

When it came to finding her wedding dress, Rebecca had a clear vision, and with the help of her stylist, Haley, that vision came to life. While Haley encouraged her to explore a few styles outside her comfort zone, she ultimately found the gown that felt exactly right. As Rebecca stepped out to show her family, the weather suddenly shifted and it began raining, nearly hailing, in the middle of summer. Haley called it a sign of good luck, and Rebecca knew she had found her dress. The fit was nearly perfect from the start, requiring only minimal alterations, and she was even able to purchase it right off the rack.

On April 26, 2025, Rebecca and Chase were married at Spring Creek Homestead in Union Gap, Washington. From the beginning, they envisioned a wedding that felt intimate, authentic, and true to who they are as a couple. The venue’s beautiful open fields created the perfect setting, allowing guests to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the day together. With a rustic and romantic aesthetic, the celebration felt warm, timeless, and deeply personal.

One of the things that made the day especially meaningful was the intentional way Rebecca and Chase honored loved ones who were no longer with them. Thoughtful tributes were woven throughout the ceremony and reception, allowing their memories and presence to be felt throughout the day.

Rebecca’s favorite part of the wedding centered around a promise she made to Chase. His one request was that the first time he saw her would be as she walked down the aisle. To still share a private moment beforehand, the couple chose to do a first touch, exchanging personal vows while standing around a corner from one another. Though they couldn’t see each other, simply holding hands and hearing each other's voices created a memory neither of them will ever forget.

When the ceremony finally began and Chase saw Rebecca for the first time, the emotion on his face took her breath away. It was one of those moments where everything else disappeared and all that mattered was the two of them. Thanks to their photographer, they now have images that will forever remind them of exactly how it felt.

The day was also filled with special family moments. Rebecca treasures the first look she shared with her dad as his last daughter to get married. Another touching tribute came when Chase’s mother carried a pillow down the aisle made from his late father's work shirt, ensuring his presence was felt during the ceremony. Add in joyful reunions with family members they hadn't seen in years, and the entire day became a celebration not only of marriage, but of family and connection.

Her advice for future brides? “If I could give one piece of advice to future brides, it would be this: things will not go exactly as planned on your wedding day—but that’s okay. The beautiful part is, no one will ever notice the little things except for you. So don’t sweat the small stuff. Instead, lean into the moment and let yourself fully enjoy it. The day goes by in what feels like the blink of an eye. I always heard people say that, but I never truly understood how quickly it would fly until I experienced it myself. One moment you’re getting ready, and the next it’s all over—it really is a blur. That’s why it’s so important to pause, breathe, and soak in every little detail. Most importantly, stay close to your husband throughout the day. Spend as much time as you can together, because that’s what it’s really all about—the two of you and the love you’re celebrating. Let everything else fade into the background. At the end of the day, the flowers, the food, the tiny hiccups won’t matter. What you’ll remember forever is the joy, the love, and the moments you shared together.”

On January 13, 2024, the coldest day of the year, he got down on one knee on the shores of Coeur d’Alene Lake surrounded by some of their closest friends. Despite the freezing temperatures, it was the perfect beginning to their next chapter together.

When it came to finding her wedding dress, Nicole’s journey was full of surprises. Going into the process, she was convinced she needed a gown with a low back and considered it a non-negotiable detail. After several visits to Believe Bride and plenty of dress shopping, she found herself falling in love with something completely different. A strapless gown with beautiful bows captured her heart, proving that sometimes the perfect dress is the one you least expect. Nicole credits Megan for helping guide her through the process and finding the gown that felt exactly right.

On June 20, 2025, Nicole and Caleb were married at Lavender Manor in Deer Park. Leading up to the wedding, the forecast had them worried about rain, but their concerns quickly disappeared. As Nicole made her entrance, the sun emerged and created what felt like the perfect backdrop for their ceremony.

Some of Nicole’s favorite moments came during the ceremony itself. A close friend served as their officiant and helped create a deeply personal experience. The couple also chose to share their own vows in front of family and friends, setting a meaningful tone for the day and allowing everyone present to witness the love they share.

One especially memorable moment happened just before the ceremony began. Standing at the altar, Nicole and Caleb took a pause to look out at all of their guests before everything officially started. Seeing so many loved ones gathered in one place to celebrate them created a feeling they will never forget.

The day was also filled with thoughtful tributes to family members who could not be there. Nicole and Caleb surprised their parents with memory chairs dedicated to their grandparents who had passed away, creating a touching way to honor their presence and legacy. Nicole also chose meaningful items for her something old, new, borrowed, and blue, ensuring every detail carried special significance.

As emotional as the ceremony was, the reception brought just as much excitement. Listening to speeches from friends and family made the couple feel incredibly loved, and once the party began, the celebration truly took off. One of the highlights was Nicole’s outfit change into a sparkly Taylor Swift-inspired jumpsuit, which quickly became a crowd favorite and made the dance floor even more fun.

Her advice for future brides? “Try to enjoy the stressful journey of planning and remember that no matter what happens, you will be married to your person at the end of the day.”

Mya and Noah’s wedding was a beautiful reminder that even when the days leading up to your wedding feel stressful, everything has a way of falling perfectly into place. Surrounded by family and friends at Chateau Rive, the couple celebrated their love with heartfelt private vows, plenty of laughter, and memories they will cherish forever. Their love story came full circle when Noah proposed at Riverfront Park, the very same place where they had their first date. The location held so much meaning for the couple that they even returned there for wedding photos, making it a special thread woven throughout their journey together.

When it came to finding her wedding dress, Mya was surprised by what she fell in love with. Going into the process, she was convinced she was a lace bride. However, after trying on different styles, she found herself drawn to a much simpler look. In the end, the gown she chose felt perfectly like her and proved that sometimes the dress you least expect becomes the one.

On June 20, 2025, Mya and Noah were married at Chateau Rive. While some out-of-town family members were unable to attend, the day itself exceeded every expectation. What stood out most was the overwhelming feeling of joy and love that surrounded them throughout the celebration.

One of the couple’s favorite decisions was choosing to exchange private vows before the ceremony. Away from the crowd, they were able to be completely themselves and share such meaningful words without the pressure of an audience. Ironically, when they exchanged vows, they realized they had each written them in the opposite style of what everyone expected. Noah’s vows were sweet and heartfelt, while Mya’s were full of humor and laughter, making the moment even more memorable.

Mya also discovered something about herself on her wedding day: she cries a lot more than she thought. Throughout the day, tears of happiness kept flowing, so much so that someone even asked her mother-in-law if Mya normally cried that much. The result was plenty of emotional photos that will always remind her of how much the day meant.

One especially funny memory came during the cake cutting. As Noah attempted to feed Mya a bite of cake, he completely missed her mouth and dropped it on the floor instead, creating a moment that had everyone laughing.

Her advice for future brides? “The days leading up to the wedding can be so stressful, but the day of will always be the best day ever. Also don’t deal with any drama, it’s your day don’t let anyone ruin it!”
