Mickenzie + Jimmy

Mickenzie and Jimmy's wedding on April 14th, 2023, in Royse City, Texas, radiated warmth and joy. The day was filled with laughter, love, and an undeniable sense of family. Friends and relatives from all corners of the country came together to celebrate the beautiful union. The wedding was a delightful blend of tradition and individuality, mirroring the vibrant personalities of the couple. It was a day that will forever be cherished, filled with happy memories, heartfelt moments, and a promise of a lifetime together. Congratulations Mickenzie and Jimmy! Welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! We got engaged in New York City after he took me to my first Broadway show, we saw the Book of Mormon.

The Big Day! We had an outdoor spring wedding in the warm Texas weather. The ceremony was short and sweet, we wanted as much time as we could have to spend with our family and friends that came from either side of the country to come celebrate us. The party was amazing, and everyone loved it! The highlights were definitely the photo booth and the after party.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Neither me or my fiance are from Texas, in fact we are from opposite ends of the US. Even so, we had 130 family and friends come to celebrate our marriage. And that's really what it was all about.

What advice would you give to future brides? Make sure you speak with any vendors to clarify wants and needs otherwise there is a lot of design making being done the day of which adds stress. EAT! Eat while you're getting ready and eat at your reception, otherwise you will be either hungry and grumpy or maybe get a little more tipsy than you anticipate.

Lydia + Noah

On the 11th of March 2023, high school sweethearts Lydia and Noah's love story reached new heights as they tied the knot in a traditional and beautiful wedding. The timeless elegance of the occasion perfectly blended with a rustic chic vibe, creating an atmosphere that felt both enchanting and intimately familiar. Surrounded by loved ones, Lydia and Noah exchanged vows filled with promises of lifelong devotion and unwavering support. Congratulations Lydia and Noah! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! I cannot say this is the most romantic. My now husband and I had been together for 4 years, just graduated high school and got our own apartment together ( we are high school sweethearts) we went out to dinner the day before Valentine’s Day because we both hate big crowds, he waited until after dinner in the parking lot to propose because he couldn’t wait any longer to spend the rest of his life with me.

The Big Day! I think my wedding was different because it was very traditional. The pastor has married 2 other people within my husbands side of the family , we would be the third. Which I guess means he has married 3 different generations within the family. The theme for the wedding was chic rustic, and yes it was everything I hoped for and more.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? I think my most favorite part of the wedding was dancing with my grandpa and hearing his speech.

Special Memories: I think what was so special about the day was we got married on our 6 year anniversary, I got to see family that I have not seen and years and got to make special memories with my husband. My grandpa is my biggest idle so having the ability to have him walk me down the aisle, give me away, dance with me, and even give a very sentimental speech. The best part is that I got to marry my high school sweetheart.

What advice would you give to future brides? The small things don’t matter, you won’t notice, and neither will your guest. Don’t worry about what will go wrong, your family and bridal party always have your back.

Kaitlynn + Myles

On the 15th of April 2023, Kaitlynn and Miles exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that perfectly captured their love and shared passion for all things country. The enchanting town of St. Maries, Idaho set the stage for their rustic celebration, filled with authentic western vibes. Miles and his best man proudly wore their revolvers, adding a touch of old wild west charm. Instead of the traditional unity candle, the couple had a unique ritual branding their very own calf with their first shared brand, in a symbolic gesture of unity and commitment. Afterward, everyone indulged in a delicious potluck meal featuring mouthwatering burgers, savoring the flavors of love and friendship. It truly was a wedding for the books, merging tradition with their shared love for the rustic west. Congratulations Kaitlynn and Myles! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! He picked me up late at night after work and drove me up a mountain to find out the road was close at top, I had started to get car sick, so he took me where we had our first date. Aka another mountain. And when we got there, he continuously pulled his pickup forwards and backwards several time then we danced in the headlights of his old Ford when I turned around and he was on his knee.

The Big Day! We had a very western wedding. The groom and his best man wore their revolvers, and everyone sat on hay bales in the old barn. Instead of doing a unity candle everyone went outside to the horse trailer where Myles and I branded our calf with our first brand. Then everyone enjoyed our potluck meal with burgers.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? My favorite part was branding our heifer and the help of the groomsmen to hold her down.

Special Memories: For once I was planning on being time. And at no fault of mine ended up being an hour late

What advice would you give to future brides? Plan your wedding with the family that aren’t controlling and don’t stress over detail, yes you want it to be a perfect day but you’ll be more focused on your man rather than the decor trust me. Also, family made potluck meals are cheaper and make the wedding more you.

Madison + Dennis

On April 30th, 2022, Madison and Dennis embarked on their journey as a married couple amidst the serene beauty of Moose Valley Ranch. Their wedding, characterized by its simplicity and rustic charm, exuded a breathtaking beauty that captured everyone's hearts. With a backdrop of expansive fields and majestic mountains, the couple exchanged their vows, creating an atmosphere filled with love and tranquility. As they celebrated their union, the day unfolded with countless special moments shared with their beloved family, making it an occasion that will forever hold a cherished place in their hearts. Congratulations Madison and Dennis and welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! We just had our 4th dating anniversary and Dennis didn’t get me anything for our anniversary, I was super distraught about it and a couple days later I was giving him a lot of crap about it. Come to find out he had my engagement ring all along and was trying to find the right time to do it. Through the time of my giving him crap about the gift he said “You know what I do have something for you and I guess now is as good of a time as any” and he popped out the ring and asked me to marry him!

The Big Day! Our wedding was so perfect for us in the fact that it was simple, rustic, but so beautiful. We were out in the middle of a field surrounded by the mountains. Dennis made big wooden benches and our big arbor which gave touches of our forest side of the family and we also had cow hides, long horns and cowboy boot so bring out our western side. It was a perfect mix of who we are.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? One of my favorite moments was mine and Dennis’ first look. He was out in the woods by himself and I walked out to him. I was so nervous leading up to this moment and when we got to see each other and do our written vows in private, all my nerves went away and turned into excitement.

Special Memories: We loved spending our special day with all our family and friends. We got to visit, eat some good food, tell some good stories, and dance the night away.

What advice would you give to future brides? The one big this that I wish I would have done and would encourage other brides to do is to make a list of all the people you want pictures with and give it to your photographer. I didn’t get as many photos with people that I wanted, and it was totally my bad.

MaKayla + Scott

On May 21st, 2022, MaKayla and Scott's wedding on their family farm was an absolute blast, infused with lively western-inspired elements that had everyone hootin' and hollerin'! From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in a world of excitement. The air buzzed with anticipation as laughter echoed from the mechanical bull, daring guests to saddle up and hold on tight. But the real showstopper was the branding unity ceremony, where MaKayla and Scott stamped their love and commitment into eternity, igniting cheers and applause from the crowd. As the night fell, the wedding party perched high on a semi trailer, looking like rock stars as they celebrated alongside MaKayla and Scott. The energy was contagious, and the dance floor became a whirlwind of laughter, twirling skirts, and cowboy boots. It was a wedding that captured the wild spirit and infectious joy of MaKayla and Scott, leaving everyone with unforgettable memories and a longing for more nights like this. Congratulations MaKayla and Scott! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! He proposed on Christmas Eve morning and hid the ring at the top of our tree because we didn’t have a topper that year and left a note in my stocking to check out the topper he got for the tree.

The Big Day! All we wanted for our wedding was a good time with our favorite people. It was a western inspired wedding on my husbands family farm which will be passed down to us one day. Our colors were black and tan, we had a mechanical Bull, cornhole, and prickly pear margaritas. It was everything we loved and I wouldn’t change a thing. We had a branding unity ceremony during the wedding and during the dinner reception, the wedding party sat up on our semi trailer, we had 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen with 2 beer boys/flower men.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? My favorite part of the wedding was all the smiles and the happiness that was shared with everyone. I’ll never get tired of hearing the stories from our friends and family about that day.

Special Memories: My sister and my best friend helped me put on my wedding dress and boots. All of us ladies got ready in our camper and it was so much more relaxed and it was nice having that time to ourselves to have fun and hangout before hand.

What advice would you give to future brides? Do whatever you want to do and don’t feel bad if it doesn’t fit someone else’s liking.

Kaylee + Victor

On the glorious autumn day of October 8th, 2022, love radiated in the air as Kaylee and Victor exchanged their vows at the enchanting Waters Edge in Idaho. The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and an unmistakable sense of magic. The celebration was nothing short of perfect, with every detail meticulously crafted to reflect the couple's vibrant personalities. And to everyone's delight, the rhythmic melodies of a live mariachi band filled the venue, infusing the occasion with an infectious energy that had everyone tapping their feet and swaying to the lively tunes. It was a wedding that created memories that would forever dance in the hearts of all who attended. Congratulations Kaylee and Victor and welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! When the pandemic started, my husband and I started to go on walks on the Greenbelt along the Boise River. We did these walks almost every day. On October 30, the day before our ten-year dating anniversary, Victor asked me if I wanted to go on a walk that day because the weather was nice and we hadn't been on a walk all week. I didn't think anything of it because we had been on so many walks before. On our walk, everything seemed normal, but hindsight is 20/20. Victor had kept one hand in his pocket the whole time, but I didn't think anything of it. We passed a photographer taking photos of some skateboarders doing tricks, and I thought that was cool. So, when Victor asked if I wanted to stop and look at the ducks in the river (not weird because there were an abnormal amount of ducks on the river that day) and another photographer was taking picture of the ducks, I again didn't think anything of it. While I was looking at the ducks and I turned my head to say something to Victor, he was all of a sudden on one knee and the photographer was taking pictures of us! Victor proposed right there next to the river, and we pass our spot and kiss every time we walk on the Greenbelt.

The Big Day! By the time we got married, my husband and I had been together just shy of 12 years. We had a lot of our wedding plans and decisions made years before we got engaged. We had a fall theme and got married at the Waters Edge, which was along the same river we got engaged on. My husband is Mexican American and we wanted to incorporate his culture in our wedding. Four years before we got married, I heard the most beautiful mariachi band, and I knew I wanted them to play at our wedding. My husband booked the band, but as we were confirming all of our vendors, they told us that they were already booked and would not be able to play at our wedding. This was 2 weeks before the wedding! We tried to find a replacement, but it didn't work out. After our outdoor ceremony along the Boise River with all the beautiful fall foliage, we were waiting outside for our grand entrance. Once we entered, horns started sounding, and the amazing mariachi band that I wanted for our wedding came out from hiding in the back of the venue. I immediately burst into tears! My husband and his aunt worked hard to get us the band, and he pulled off the greatest wedding surprise! Turned out their other booking, was us! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? It was amazing to see just how loved we are. We had family and friends fly in from all over to celebrate our long-awaited special day: Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Texas, Chicago, Arizona, and Mexico.

Special Memories: My sisters were my maid and matron of honor, and they gave the most beautiful toast. They pulled in our favorite 90s nostalgia and tied their toast to the future predicting game of M-A-S-H.

What advice would you give to future brides? I highly recommend a two-year engagement. It seems long in the beginning, but it helps relieve the stress of planning and helps to enjoy the process. Everything ran so smooth because we felt like we had enough time to really think everything through and plan accordingly.

Cheyenne + Kyle

With the magical backdrop of a lakeside oasis, Cheyenne and Kyle's wedding on October 2nd, 2022, became an unforgettable celebration of love, laughter, and family. The air was electrified with excitement as guests gathered to witness the union of these two kindred souls. The venue shimmered with colorful decorations and vibrant blooms, setting the stage for a lively and fun-filled affair. Love radiated from every corner, as Cheyenne and Kyle exchanged vows that echoed their deep connection. The festivities unfolded with an infectious energy, fueled by laughter and joy. From the lively dance floor that pulsated with energetic moves to the hilarious antics of the bridal party, there was never a dull moment. As the night drew to a close, a dazzling sparkler send-off illuminated the sky, symbolizing the beginning of a new chapter for the newlyweds. Surrounded by their loved ones, Cheyenne and Kyle embarked on their journey together, their hearts filled with love and memories of a day that was as lively as it was filled with heartfelt moments. Congratulations Cheyenne and Kyle and welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! Kyle proposed on our 3 year anniversary. I had plans to make a cute shadow box with pictures and Elvis Presley song lyrics. Well, he had gone behind my back and got the help of one of my closest friends and bridesmaids to put together a place to ask me. What I thought was a stop by her house to pick up the shadow box before dinner turned into him down on one knee asking me to marry him.

The Big Day! Our wedding was definitely a day we will remember. Both of us drive semi trucks, so I planned an entire wedding from over the road in the sleeper of a truck. I drove nights and slept days so that was somewhat of a struggle to stay in contact with vendors and the families and wedding party. I planned the wedding for a year later. What I was thinking, I had no idea. I had a year to plan a wedding with only being home 4 days every month. But I did it. My mother and his mother put together all the food trays. Lots of finger foods, veggies and fruits were our best friend. We didn't have alcohol, we had sparkling cider instead and everyone still had a blast. We didn't hire a dj, we played our own playlist.... like, we ended up doing a lot of things ourselves. One of my bridesmaids did hair and make-up. Like, it seemed like complete and utter chaos but it came together so amazingly. Since it was fall we chose rust orange and navy blue as our color theme. I let the girls choose the dress they wanted. I just asked for the color and length to be what I wanted. Which they all chose beautiful dresses and looked stunning. Their bouquets were just as lovely. Since it was an outside ceremony and barn reception, we had the flowers and grasses to match. Everything was just perfect. From the cake to the first dance... to the sparkler send off. Even though a year felt like a lot of time, it went by quickly, but I wouldn't change a thing.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? The entire day was my favorite. But, we didn't have a rehearsal dinner before the big day. So, our ceremony was just raw and in the moment. We both screwed up our vows and laughed it off. Every candid moment was unscripted and I loved it.

Special Memories: Seeing my bridesmaids dressed and ready to support this massive, life changing event by standing behind me is one thing I could never forget. I can't thank them enough for being there for me. Even when I felt like I couldn't get this wedding together on time, they helped in so many ways. Even if it was just words of encouragement.

What advice would you give to future brides? Do what you want. Don't change your vision for someone else. It's your big day, not theirs.

Jennifer + Brent

On the enchanting day of September 24th, 2022, love took center stage at the breathtaking Bux Wedding venue as Jennifer and Brent embarked on their incredible journey together. Laughter echoed through the air, as if the universe itself couldn't contain the joy bursting from every guest. From the moment the vibrant ceremony began, it was clear that this was no ordinary wedding – it was a celebration of life, love, and all things exuberant. The couple's infectious energy swept through the crowd, making everyone feel like they were part of something truly magical. With each beat of the music, the dance floor transformed into a whirlwind of joyful chaos, as friends and family let loose and showed off their impressive dance moves. It was a day where hearts overflowed with love, where laughter knew no bounds, and where memories were made to last a lifetime. Jennifer and Brent's wedding was an unforgettable extravaganza, proving that when two souls unite, the world can't help but join the jubilant dance. Congratulations Jennifer and Brent and welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! Prior to my proposal, my husband (boyfriend at the time) asked what kind of ring I would be interested in. Of course I started sending him pictures of rings that I liked. One day we decided to go to a jewelry store to look at rings. In the jewelry store I was showed similar rings that I was interested in. Then I noticed that Amazed by Lonestar started playing in the background and once I turned around he was on one knee. It took awhile for him to finally ask me but once he did and I said yes, his parents and friends came out of a hidden room and surprised us. There also happen to be a family friend photographer that got everything on camera!

The Big Day! Our wedding, was very family oriented. We had over 200 guests including kids. We made sure to include kid events and fun dances for them to participate in, this was super special because they felt that they were part of our day! We also had guest grab a drink before our ceremony started to loosen up and get to know the rest of the crowd. We did a table run would required us to run to each table and take a picture with them. To show that we took a picture of everyone and that no one was left out!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Our table run was very special! With the amount of guests we had, seeing the pictures allowed me to remember who was there and personally thank them for being there with us on our special day! Our guest book was a polaroid guest book! Our guests left thoughtful and meaningful notes but in the end our guestbook turned into a yearbook, which i thought was awesome! We created a QR code for our guests who take pictures of our day and post on the website, that way we didn't have a ton of people blowing up our phones with pics. Seeing the pictures our guests took definitely helped with waiting for our photos from our photographer!

Special Memories: Our table run was very special!

What advice would you give to future brides? Remember to take deep breaths, not everything will go a planned and if they don't just roll with the punches and keep going! The day will go fast so be sure we have other people documenting our day!

Alejandra + Christian

On the 8th of October 2022, the Bento County Fair Grounds were transformed into a rustic wonderland for the wedding of Alejandra and Christian. The air was filled with love and joy as the happy couple tied the knot surrounded by their loved ones. And let me tell you, they sure knew how to party! From the moment the first dance began, the dance floor was never empty. Alejandra and Christian spent the entire night twirling, spinning, and laughing as they danced the night away. It was a celebration that no one will forget anytime soon, and everyone went home with a smile on their face, a spring in their step, and memories that will last a lifetime.

The Proposal! Christian proposed to me on the 4th of July!!! He decided to steal my home decor to use it for the proposal thinking I wouldn’t notice, and I did lol, but he played it off sooo well, I didn’t think anything of it haha! It was such an amazing moment he made me light a fire work and as we went back he turns around and walks back and I’m like “babe your going to get burned” and he drops on one knee, the best moment of my life!!!

The Big Day! For our wedding we got super drunk of the party bus and honestly the best choice ever because when we got there we didn’t care about anything that was going bad!! We danced together and enjoyed one another the entire day!!! Our theme was country rustic it was everything we dreamed about!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Our favorite part of the wedding was when my brothers husband sent us a message all the way from Mexico because unfortunately due to some complications while trying to apply for his green card his process was delayed and he wasn’t able to make it back on time for our wedding! It was such a special moment because he was originally my husbands best man and it caught us off guard!

Special Memories: My favorite memories are a lot but the best one was enjoy my husband all day!! Dancing with him eating with him and just doing everything with one another!!

What advice would you give to future brides? Enjoy your day and don’t let anything or anyone ruin it because it’s a one-time moment and it is something sooo special!!
