The Dress! The dress was absolutely perfect! I had been looking at dresses on Pinterest for months before coming in to find a dress and I was shocked that the dresses at this shop were just like the ones I had seen on Pinterest! Every one of them beautiful and unique in their own way. But this one in particular, the way it fit, the way it felt, all of the sparkle and detail, I knew it was the one as soon as I saw it on myself!

The Big Day! Our wedding was beautiful. We chose a wonderful time to have the wedding outdoors, the weather was perfect, and everything was so green! I felt like a princess with all of the finishing touches, all of the sparkles everywhere and there were birds flying all around. It was peaceful and serene, which is exactly what we wanted. All of our guests said they were impressed with how peaceful and enjoyable everything was. Everything went smoothly. We did have a thunderstorm in the forecast, luckily for us it didn’t start to rain until after the ceremony ended and the pictures were taken. The thunderstorm went over us as we were all gathered in the barn for the reception. And by the time we were ready to dance, the storm has passed. It was perfect. We were truly blessed on our special day and we gathered the best team of people to make it all happen! We had so much fun, and we have so many beautiful timeless memories to hold onto.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? It is tough to choose a favorite moment. The whole day felt magical 🤍 I think my favorite part was when I was walking down the aisle and my (soon to be) husband saw me for the first time in my wedding dress. He had tears streaming down his face, it was a beautiful moment and I felt the intensity of his love for me.

Special Memories: A few special memories…
We had a very close family friend travel internationally from Dubai to be there with us and we got to spend some time with her and her new husband. It was the first time I had seen her in years!
I was very touched by all of the speeches that were given. Everyone spoke from their hearts.
My little sister, who is only 15 made me cry because she took the opportunity to tell me how much I have helped her over the years, it was beautiful to hear and I was surprised to hear that I had so much influence in her life. It made me feel really good knowing my hard work was making a difference.
I was also surprised that my dad got up and made a toast to our marriage as well. He isn’t really the type of person to speak in front of a crowd, so I knew it took a lot of courage for him to come up and say something. It meant a lot for him to everyone about how much he supports our relationship and how happy he is for us.
One of the coolest takeaways from this wedding was that all of the vendors we hired worked together so incredibly well, it almost felt like we were on the set of a movie because it was so organized, and everyone worked together so seamlessly! We brought together old friends, and started new connections. We referred to all of them as “the dream team”. Their commitment, efficiency and hard work really made for a magical day.

What advice would you give to future brides? Enjoy your day! Planning my own wedding, I spent so much time stressing all of the details up to the wedding. In the end all of those details were noticed and the day went perfectly because I did not need to worry about anything. All of my hard work paid off. And having a good team to support you and run the show is very important. I was just a star in my show , rather than playing director.
