Heather + Kory

On the 12th of August, at the enchanting Grand Willow Inn, Heather and Kory tied the knot in a wedding that exuded classic elegance with a hint of 1920s glamour. The venue was adorned with stunning florals, filling the air with their sweet fragrance. The ambiance was remarkably peaceful, lending a romantic touch to the celebration. Among the guests was a charming chicken, sporting a haircut that would make Einstein jealous. With every element falling into place, Heather and Kory's special day was nothing short of perfect, leaving everyone with memories that will endure for a lifetime. Congratulations Heather and Kory! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! I knew a proposal was coming - we had looked at rings together, discussed style, size, and stone. I thought for sure that he would propose while we were visiting my family for my niece's birthday, but he apparently had other plans! The day before we left our house in Seattle for the trip across the state, he took me out for a picnic at waterfront park. We brought our camera because it was the most perfect day, with a clear view of the Olympic mountains just across the Puget Sound. We got so lucky and had the entire park to ourselves (unheard of on a sunny summer evening in Seattle). He started looking through some old photos on the camera, taking me on a trip down memory lane. Finally, he handed me the camera and said to look at the last two photos. I didn't suspect a thing, but the last two photos were just plain text - "You're perfect. I love you. I love us." and "Will you marry me?" - by the time I registered what was happening and looked up at him, he was down on one knee! We had the most perfect evening to ourselves, enjoyed the sunset, and the next day he had planned a dinner with all of my family in Leavenworth to celebrate the engagement.

The Dress! Believe Bride was the second dress shop I went to and my experience here was incredible. We loved having the space to ourselves so we could really soak in the moment! I was really having trouble figuring out exactly what I wanted - I knew what I liked and what I didn't, but I was just having trouble finding a dress that was JUST RIGHT. My sister was adamant that I needed to try on the first dress that we pulled for a second time - and there was one other dress I had been thinking about. I tried both of them on again and we dressed them up - one needed a veil, belt, and headpiece to feel complete, but the first dress only needed a veil. As I stood there holding the bouquet, I could feel the emotions suddenly well up. I felt like a bride. I couldn't help the tears - this was my dress!

The Big Day! My wedding day was everything I could've asked for and more. After two years of stressing over every detail, I was so at peace. I didn't have to worry about a thing, it felt like I was just floating through the day. A classic wedding!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? My husband and I took about 10-15 minutes after the ceremony and after we signed our marriage certificate, while our guests were off to happy hour. Just the two of us in the bridal suite. We sat there on the edge of the bed and took it all in. The fullness you feel in your heart that spreads throughout your entire body, to your fingers and toes. High on the excitement that we were finally wed. So much love. We shared some Oreos that the bridal party had been snacking on while getting ready. We held hands. Prepared ourselves to go see the crowd of people waiting for us. Reveled in the quiet. It was honestly the best part of the day.

Special Memories! Our wedding was at a beautiful 1920s-era dairy farm house that was converted into an inn with stunning gardens and a Victorian gazebo situated under a massive willow tree. Because the venue is surrounded by farms, the neighbor's chicken decided to make an appearance and hung about our venue all day. We nicknamed him Einstein for his silly hairdo and all of our guests loved seeing him wander around like he owned the place - he really just added that perfect je-ne-sais-quoi.

What advice would you give to future brides? Have one of your bridesmaids near the end of the reception gather all of your gifts and cards together, clean up the getting ready space and load all of your things into your car for you. Make sure they leave out some PJs for you to change into! Once the last guests left our venue, I was completely drained from the day. I grabbed my husband and had him unbutton my dress for me, then took my hair down and changed in the PJs my sister left out for me so that I could get around more easily. Since she had already loaded the car, all we had to grab were a handful of items and it made the end of the night so much easier!

Jaedyn + Blake

We are so happy to share that our very own stylist, Jaedyn married the love of her life, Blake on September 23rd at Trezzi Winery. It was an enchanting affair, brimming with unique and vintage touches. If you’ve had the pleasure of finding your dream dress with Jaedyn, you know that she loves finding unique and antique pieces and their wedding was no different! Jaedyn curated an exquisite collection of antique glasses, suitcases, and one-of-a-kind pieces. From the moment they exchanged their private vows, it was evident that this day was filled with special moments for Jaedyn, Blake, and their families. Truly, it was a wedding that blended timeless elegance with joyful memories that will last a lifetime. We are so excited to celebrate Jaedyn and Blake and welcome them (officially) into the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! Blake did amazing. It was our 2 year anniversary but he asked me to help him with cleaning and then filming a video for his collector's car. We drove out to Higgins Point in Coeur d' Alene, ID (I had no idea he was filming us the whole time). When we reached the spot, he told me he wanted to do a photoshoot of me and the car. While I was posing for pictures, he grabbed the ring out of the car and got down on one knee. It was the most perfect day and we both cried a little 💕

The Dress! I knew I found my dress at Believe because I felt so confident and comfortable in it. My dress fit me perfectly right off the rack and was exactly what I envisioned. I wanted something unique to express my personality and style, so the off the shoulder neckline and 3D lace was absolutely perfect!

The Big Day! We had THE BEST day ever!! My husband and I put together many personalized details throughout the day including antique drinking glasses, dried florals, old suitcases, unique color choices, and of course had to be in the fall. Our venue was perfect because you can see the mountain ranges all around and September has the best weather. We got sunset pictures taken for our private Vows and I even changed into a short dress so I could do a choreographer dance with my dad! You could feel all the emotions on our day, with my dad giving me away and being our officiant, my mom being my matron of honor, and Blake's brother being his best man. So many people traveled from far away and we were able to spend a lot of time talking and dancing with everyone! We are so happy to finally be married ❤️

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Walking down the aisle was the most anxious I've ever felt, I seriously thought I was growing to throw up lol... but once I saw Blake, I locked my eyes on him and everything else faded into the background.

Special Memories! Our wedding day was the first time I had ever seen my dad cry, which of course made everyone there cry too.

My mom is my best friend (hence why she was my matron of honor) and we share a special love of poetry. For her speech, she began with a poem she wrote and it was very special to me. She also was diagnosed with breast cancer this year and was so strong and courageous, and is now cancer free. It meant so much that she was healthy and able to be a part of our wedding.

What advice would you give to future brides? Try your best to enjoy the day and be as present as possible. Make sure to have special time alone with your husband, and make sure you both have time to eat.

Emma + Keneth

Emma and Keneth's wedding on August 12th at the scenic Cider Mountain was an enchanting celebration of love. Nestled in the woods, the rustic setting exuded an air of natural beauty. The venue was adorned with delicate eucalyptus and elegant white florals, that only added to the beautiful setting. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the day overflowed with warm smiles and heartfelt embraces. From the exchange of vows to the sweet moments on the dance floor, everything came together flawlessly. Emma and Keneth's wedding was an impeccable and breathtaking affair, leaving everyone in awe of the perfect union and the cherished memories forged that day. Congratulations Emma and Keneth! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! It was February 2nd,2022. Keneth took me to my favorite restaurant, and we had a nice dinner and he’s a car guy, so he always wants to go on drives, he took me up a mountain in Spokane Valley when it was a light and pretty snow fall and we got out of the car to look at all the lights from the valley and he got down on one knee.

The Dress! When I went to Believe Bride, I wasn’t planning on getting a dress that day, I was just trying to figure out a style that I loved. I ended up trying on 5 dresses and I loved them, but they didn’t seem like “the one”. There was one more in the dressing room and I didn’t like it on the rack, but my best friend picked it out, I tried it on, and I had never felt more beautiful in my life, it fit perfectly right there, and I was in love.

The Big Day! My wedding was a rustic theme with my venue in the woods but at such a beautiful location. We had wooden benches and chairs with eucalyptus and white flowers on the tables. We had a taco bar for dinner because who doesn’t love tacos. The ceremony was perfect, I swear it was only 6 minutes and it was just what we wanted. I’m so happy that I chose the beginning of august, it was right before all the fire started and it was such a perfect day with a tiny bit of wind.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? My favorite part of the day was getting ready with my girls. There were so many laughs and so many memories made in one day.

Special Memories! My wedding photographer is one of my very close friends, when she got there, she brought me my favorite coffee and said she was so excited for the day. My grandpa passed away in May and it was so hard for me knowing that he couldn’t be there, but when Brooke was driving to the venue she started to pray for us and told me that she felt my grandpa with her and he was saying he’s so happy for us and so proud of us and she had never felt that before and it honestly made the day so much easier knowing he was there in spirit.

What advice would you give to future brides? Find the best coordinator, whether it’s family or friends or a professional, so many little things will go wrong, and you just have to let it slide and not let it ruin your day.

Gabrielle + Stephen

Gabrielle and Stephen's wedding on the 14th of July at Arbor Crest Winery was a true celebration of love and joy. The beautiful sunny weather set the perfect backdrop for their special day. As the couple exchanged vows amidst the stunning vineyard, there was an undeniable sense of magic in the air. Every moment was filled with warmth and happiness, from the heartfelt speeches to the beautiful father- daughter dance under the clear blue sky. It was a day that will forever be remembered as a testament to Gabrielle and Stephen's love and the start of their beautiful journey together. Congratulations Gabrielle and Stephen! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! We got engaged at Las Vegas!

The Dress! I went in looking for the Disney dress, and I came out falling in love with a new dress that was similar to the bell dress, but I fell absolutely in love with this dress!

The Big Day! My wedding was outside and the color theme was red wine and rosé wine it was completely beautiful and sunny and very hot!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Getting to talk to all my friends and family and getting to enjoy those amazing small moments with them.

Special Memories! My mom ended up, bawling her eyes out when my dad and me were dancing!

What advice would you give to future brides? Ask a lot of questions and look at every different place you can for prices!

Demi + Riley

On a warm summer's day on August 5th, 2023, Demi and Riley started their journey together as a married couple. Their wedding was nothing short of beautiful, with a perfect blend of timeless elegance and a touch of vintage charm. As the gentle breeze carried the soft notes of their vows, the ceremony unfolded amidst an ethereal ambiance. But what truly made their celebration special was the butterfly release, a heartfelt tribute to honor the cherished memories of their loved ones. In that enchanting moment, as brilliant wings took flight, Demi and Riley felt the presence of their departed ones, wrapping them in a tapestry of love and blessings, forever etching their wedding day in their hearts. Congratulations Demi and Riley! Welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! We are high school sweethearts who got engaged at a winery with all our family and friends there with us!

The Dress! I saw my dress in the window and knew I wanted to try it on, so I asked the nice lady that was helping me and it was the first dress I tried on and I knew immediately! After trying on a couple more I went back to it and said yes to the dress (: favorite memory was being with my family and finding my perfect dress!

The Big Day! We went for a vintage theme, and I thrifted as much stuff as I could!! It turned out better than I hoped for!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Favorite memory was seeing my husbands face when walking down the aisle!

Special Memories: In honor of our loved ones who have passed away, at the beginning of the ceremony, we did a butterfly release in memory of them.

What advice would you give to future brides? To try your hardest to not stress because at the end of the day you are marry your best friend and nothing can ruin that!

Sara + Payton

Sara and Payton's wedding on the 26th of August 2023, was a day filled with beauty and love. Set against the backdrop of a serene river, the atmosphere was nothing short of enchanting. Every detail had been meticulously planned, resulting in a perfect day that radiated sentimentality. However, one of the most touching moments was undoubtedly the daddy-daughter dance. As Payton twirled his new daughter in his arms, the room was filled with teary eyes and loving smiles. It was a truly magical celebration, where cherished memories were created, and love was celebrated in its purest form. Congratulations Sara and Payton! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! We were up in Spokane for a concert and met up with family and friends for dinner. My husband surprised me with the proposal at one of our favorite restaurants, and then got to go to a meet and greet with the band!

The Dress! The dress I picked was actually the very first dress I tried on. After about 8-10 other dresses I knew that first dress was the one. It was exactly what I was looking for (and it had pockets). My stylist took all of my inspo pictures and nailed it!

The Big Day! We wanted our wedding to just be a celebration all day. The entire day went so smoothly with no hiccups. We wanted very natural, on the river feel. The venue was perfect!

What was your favorite part of your wedding? After the ceremony and normal wedding activities, my favorite part of the night was dancing and enjoying my time with all of our family and friends!

Special Memories: The most special memory was the father daughter dance between my daughter and new husband. The entire crowd was crying. They danced to My Girl by Elvie Shane.

What advice would you give to future brides? Don't stress over the little things. In the end just enjoy your day and the love you have for your future spouse.

Kiley + Johnny

Kiley and Johnny's wedding on June 24th, 2023, at Twin Creeks Farm was a truly enchanting affair. Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking scenic views, their outdoor ceremony was a sight to behold. Laughter and joy filled the air as loved ones gathered from all over the world to celebrate their special day. With smiles on their faces and love in their hearts, Kiley and Johnny danced the night away, embraced by the warmth of their family and friends. It was an unforgettable evening of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Congratulations Kiley and Johnny! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Dress! The dress was absolutely perfect! I had been looking at dresses on Pinterest for months before coming in to find a dress and I was shocked that the dresses at this shop were just like the ones I had seen on Pinterest! Every one of them beautiful and unique in their own way. But this one in particular, the way it fit, the way it felt, all of the sparkle and detail, I knew it was the one as soon as I saw it on myself!

The Big Day! Our wedding was beautiful. We chose a wonderful time to have the wedding outdoors, the weather was perfect, and everything was so green! I felt like a princess with all of the finishing touches, all of the sparkles everywhere and there were birds flying all around. It was peaceful and serene, which is exactly what we wanted. All of our guests said they were impressed with how peaceful and enjoyable everything was. Everything went smoothly. We did have a thunderstorm in the forecast, luckily for us it didn’t start to rain until after the ceremony ended and the pictures were taken. The thunderstorm went over us as we were all gathered in the barn for the reception. And by the time we were ready to dance, the storm has passed. It was perfect. We were truly blessed on our special day and we gathered the best team of people to make it all happen! We had so much fun, and we have so many beautiful timeless memories to hold onto.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? It is tough to choose a favorite moment. The whole day felt magical 🤍 I think my favorite part was when I was walking down the aisle and my (soon to be) husband saw me for the first time in my wedding dress. He had tears streaming down his face, it was a beautiful moment and I felt the intensity of his love for me.

Special Memories: A few special memories…
We had a very close family friend travel internationally from Dubai to be there with us and we got to spend some time with her and her new husband. It was the first time I had seen her in years!
I was very touched by all of the speeches that were given. Everyone spoke from their hearts.
My little sister, who is only 15 made me cry because she took the opportunity to tell me how much I have helped her over the years, it was beautiful to hear and I was surprised to hear that I had so much influence in her life. It made me feel really good knowing my hard work was making a difference.
I was also surprised that my dad got up and made a toast to our marriage as well. He isn’t really the type of person to speak in front of a crowd, so I knew it took a lot of courage for him to come up and say something. It meant a lot for him to everyone about how much he supports our relationship and how happy he is for us.
One of the coolest takeaways from this wedding was that all of the vendors we hired worked together so incredibly well, it almost felt like we were on the set of a movie because it was so organized, and everyone worked together so seamlessly! We brought together old friends, and started new connections. We referred to all of them as “the dream team”. Their commitment, efficiency and hard work really made for a magical day.

What advice would you give to future brides? Enjoy your day! Planning my own wedding, I spent so much time stressing all of the details up to the wedding. In the end all of those details were noticed and the day went perfectly because I did not need to worry about anything. All of my hard work paid off. And having a good team to support you and run the show is very important. I was just a star in my show , rather than playing director.

Cassie + Levi

On the 20th of May 2023, Cassie and Levi celebrated their wedding, coinciding with their 7-year anniversary. The ceremony was exceptionally sweet, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended. As they exchanged vows, they couldn't help but reflect on their journey together, and it showed in the photos they lovingly shared, capturing the joy of their 7 years of love. As the night progressed, they took to the dance floor, twirling and swaying with pure bliss as they danced the night away, cherishing the start of their new chapter as husband and wife. Congratulations Cassie and Levi! Welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! Levi and I had been dating for six years. We met on a blind date when we were in high school. A week after meeting the first time we went for a drive after a dance at my school and we stopped at this beach, he asked me out. 6 years later we were going on an anniversary impromptu dinner and movie. He dragged me out of the house after I had not been feeling that well. He decided to “take the scenic route” I’m thinking 1) we are totally going to be late for dinner and 2) we are going to drive by where he asked me out, but I would know if he was going to propose? Right? He could just be being nostalgic. He ends up pulling into the beach and we get out it’s a perfect evening. Rain clouds moving away just the most beautiful light and lush and green grass around. He sets up my phone to take a picture of us and he and I look at each other with out saying a word we both start smiling and laughing at one another. He gets down on one knee and I’m smiling big he asks me “Cassie, Will you be my Wife?”and I look down at the ring and it’s this one ring a sent him a while ago from a vintage website. Over the years I might have sent him a bunch of different rings all looking very different. I knew this ring had been sold but he told me he didn’t like it and when I pushed further asking him that he for sure didn’t buy it he assured me he had not and that if he knew I would have liked it that much he would have gotten it. I responded with I just really thought I’d see that ring someday…. There I am on the beach and the first words out of my mouth are not exactly appropriate. But I said Yes! And cried and smiled a lot. He surprised me in best way possible and I never thought he would actually be able to pull off keeping the whole thing a secret.

The Dress! Back in high school for senior prom I went to Believe Bride back when it was Celestial Selections and found my prom dress, so I wanted to come here because I’m super nostalgic and had been thinking about shopping here for my wedding dress for years. Coming into the salon felt exactly how any bridal appointment should. I came with my mom and we had a lot of fun. I had a couple of beautiful non traditional wedding dresses picked for me and we started with this gorgeous black dress it was truly a work of art but it didn’t fit the direction I ended up going in. We tired this antique blush wedding dress and it was just it other dresses were good but this one was just the one. It became the dress every other one I tried on had to be compared to. I was so looking forward to wearing this dress for my wedding and a lot of the reception ideas and flowers came from the details of my dress. I also ended up having my prom dress from high school altered and I was able to wear that later in the evening as a party dress.

The Big Day! I had such a hard time wedding planning. I’m just going to say it! Pinterest and Instagram is so hard to constantly compare yourself to and TLC’s for weddings growing up does not help with the reality of what your wedding might actually be like.

I did my own hair for my wedding which took longer than I thought. But I had so much fun and loved that I picked an updo since it was quite warm that day. I hired an amazing makeup artist. She did an amazing job executing my makeup vision which was pink and colorful and she was absolutely amazing. I love wearing colorful looks and wanted to have someone else do my makeup but make it feel bridal but it also felt so me at the same time. I knew when planning I wanted this to be an emotional and special experience for more than just me and my husband.

Our wedding date was May 20th 2023. Our 7 year anniversary. The problem was May could be raining and cold or mosquito filled and hot and I didn't know locally what would work as we had a pretty good number of people on our list. There aren’t that many wedding venues in our area and not that many that hold more than 100 guest and not many that are inside.

For the wedding ceremony space, I ended up calling and finding out that the High school theater auditorium was available to rent and that was perfect. Tons of comfortable seats, lighting and sound ran by the high school teacher and some students. We had a couple of different visits and collaborated on a few different things and it was a great experience. They have a projector and screen that comes down so before we walked out we played a slide show of 7 years worth of memories of Levi and I which got a lot of peoples emotions going and I wanted to show how big this moment was how much has happened and how special this day was to the both of us for people who got to see us through most of it or family who lives farther away and hadn’t gotten to see us as frequent.

The other thing I loved about our wedding was that since it was a theater there were two aisles not one. So our family’s walked out at the same time down and to the front our wedding party was on each side and walked down in their pair. And then when it came to my Husband and I we came out just the two of us and got to take our first look together at the back. We had asked all our guest to remain seated so every one could see. And I got to walk down to the stage with my husband and met him down at the front and walk up the steps together.

Our wedding reception was where I put more of the decorating efforts to. I left the ceremony very clean with just the black and red curtains. The reception was green table clothes and I thrifted glassware, brass and sliver items vases, books and more, so every table was something different. Our flowers were done by my husband’s aunt, and we went with blush tones in roses carnations and some stalk flowers. I loved that the roses and carnations petals felt a lot like my dresses layers. We had brought in some painted bookshelves dressers and a buffet table from my own house and my mothers to use in the space which was just a hall center really. But I felt like it added to the vibe I was trying to achieve. Our cake was one of our favorites Carrot cake from the Rocket Bakery so we can go get a slice whenever we need to celebrate.
We did the decades dance where all couples came to the dance floor and the couple who had been married the longest is who we gave the bouquet to. We both loved dancing so we danced and visited most of the night and think everyone had a really nice time. As much as I would have loved to keep wearing my red sparkly Betsy Johnson Boots I switched into some Vans towards the end of the night so I could keep dancing.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? One of my favorite memories was walking out of the ceremony. We ended up using a side exit and it was just Levi and I and the high and excitement of just being married and getting to talk with one another was really special.

Special Memories: My Aunt was such a huge help to Levi and I and was our driver home after the wedding. We were about to leave, and we realized that we had no food at home, and we didn’t grab anything from the wedding dinner leftovers, so we’d have nothing. So, we turned around and grabbed a quick bite through of course a McDonald’s drive through were we saw a couple of guests in the drive through and got to have a good laugh seeing them.

My aunt just made our night and we joked when we were almost home that we should just keep driving because we were all having a great time. She declined that idea lol.

What advice would you give to future brides? I would highly encourage even though traditional standards ring in our ears all the time, to make your wedding a day that you get to make whatever you want it to be. Customize it as much as possible and I think you’ll never regret that choice. I also think your guest will enjoy getting to see it too. Pick a unique wedding ceremony script make some personal vows. Bring a scrapbook to set out on a reception table. Add photos of your parents or grandparents wedding day. Make your wedding be your wedding and not just a wedding where you happen to be.

Shalisha + Nate

On the beautiful summer day of June 17th, 2023, Shalisha and Nate joined their lives together amidst the stunning wilderness of the Gateway Campground in Idaho. Their wedding was a celebration of love, simplicity, and rustic elegance, which perfectly embraced the enchanting beauty of the forest surroundings. With their closest family and friends gathered around, the couple exchanged heartfelt vows in a breathtaking ceremony, which radiated an intimacy that filled the air with joy and emotion. As the sun began to set, they danced under the pavilion, a cherished testament to Shalisha's grandparents' love, creating an atmosphere of sheer magic. It was a day filled with sweet moments and everlasting memories, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey together as Mr. and Mrs.! Congratulations Shalisha and Nate! Welcome to the Believe Bride Family!

The Proposal! I was having a bad day, and we were watching our kids play in the above ground kiddie pool and to cheer me up, he proposed. Nothing fancy or crazy.

The Dress! I started shopping June 2022 to get ideas, designers and styles I liked and what I wanted in my dress. July 17, 2022 I booked my VIP bridal appointment and my stylist was Alexa. I told her the important pieces of what I'm looking for in my dress: A-line, no sleeves; thin straps; lace and applique; some sparkle and price range and showed her some inspiration pics and she came back with so many gorgeous dresses. It was my first time ever dress shopping or wearing wedding dresses so I had no idea what to expect. I took the whole two hours to decide from 3 final dresses, but the one I looked and felt best in had a little bit of everything I was looking for in the dress, where the others had some but missing others. So it was the closest to what I envisioned and I looked and felt the best in.

The Big Day! Outdoor with an enchanted forest type aesthetician with some hints of rustic charm. I kind of mixed some different themes together to make it look unique but not tacky or clashy; it actually turned out nice (used bits and pieces of my favorite things from each style). It was also simple but still beautiful and elegant as we didn't have a lot of help setting up.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Finding out my grandparents helped build the Pavillion where we had our reception and marrying my best friend with some of our closest family and friends and knowing, even though smaller than we had hoped and planned for, those people cared about us enough to drive 2.5 hours and free their weekend to celebrate with us.

Special Memories: I made a speech about my dad, who passed June 25, 2021, and I did the father-daughter dance with my uncle who was always like another father to me (which the dance was a complete surprise.) And he had wrecked his bike and dog got hurt just before, but still made it from California to Idaho to give me away. Also my cousin, and bestfriend, from California as well, who has never left the state, flew out for my wedding too.

What advice would you give to future brides?: To do the best you can and to find a crew that when push comes to shove, will get down to business to help you and your groom out. Don't sweat the small stuff, no one will know what you forgot or took out. Be expected to be busy from start to finish but plan accordingly so you don't have to rush and can enjoy parts of your big day. Giving all your vendors a timeline of the day and/or photography timeline helps keep everyone on schedule and guests have an idea. Have your dj announce when you're going to do your bridal/groom portraits so people don't leave while you're gone. And so much more, but most importantly, have fun and enjoy.

Sarah + Kitrick

On a beautiful summer day in Helena, MT, love truly blossomed as Sarah and Kitrick embarked on their journey of forever at the Shades of Green on June 30th, 2023. Surrounded by their cherished loved ones, the couple exchanged heartfelt vows, their voices filled with sincerity and tenderness. It was a wedding filled with pure happiness, an enchanting reflection of the love that Sarah and Kitrick share. Congratulations Sarah and Kitrick! Welcome to the Believe Bride family!

The Proposal! We went on a dreamy winter weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We had planned to go snowshoe around the lake; however, I got sick, and we just stayed in bed the whole morning. There was an incoming blizzard, so we decided to get on the road before we got caught in it. When we got home, I still was not well, so I got comfy and snuggled into bed again. He came over to my side of the bed and presented a book he wrote for me to celebrate our anniversary. At the end of the book, he expressed his love and got down on one knee to ask the best question I've ever been asked! "Of course," was my answer. And although he had planned to ask on our snowshoe adventure, asking in our bedroom made it feel intimate and just as special.

The Dress! I went into dress day having an idea of what I was looking for, though I also had an open mind to something that was not on my radar. I wanted something fitted but comfortable. I knew I wanted lace, but not too much. I tried on a few at another shop that just really never made me feel like a bride. When I got to Believe they instantly made me feel special with the sash and excited faces greeting you. I told my stylist what I had in mind, and she pulled a few that were very similar. When I tried mine on, it was comfortable, passed the sitting test, and fit me like a glove. It felt perfect in every way.

The Big Day! We wanted our wedding to be a celebration of love. Our colors were natural to the surroundings of our venue: blues, greens, whites, and hints of pink. We also wanted it to feel intimate and romantic, so we added lights everywhere and had under 100 guests attend. We were able to talk to all of our friends and family throughout the night, which made it feel extra special.

What was your favorite part of your wedding? Our favorite moment of the wedding was sharing our handwritten vows with each other. It felt like it was just us, even though our friends and family surrounded us.

Special Memories: The first look and special daddy-daughter dance with the groom and his two little girls was very special to watch. The girls never lost their huge grins and of course dad shed some tears.

Giving the girls their necklaces as a sign of my love and care for them, as now their bonus mom felt so special. A moment I will never forget. Their eyes lit up when they learned they were also getting a gift during the ceremony.

What advice would you give to future brides? Get the grooms input on the day. It's a day to celebrate the love and bond you have, so his opinion also matters. Also give yourself grace, not everything is going to go right, and you aren't going to find all the perfect details your mind thinks you will find. It will be okay, and the day will still be beautiful!
