Walk-in Brides and same-day appointments are always welcome! To better serve you, please give us a call at (509) 927-4191 and we will find the perfect time for you based on our fitting room availability!

Cancellation Policy

All bridal appointment fees are non-refundable, but transferable to a different appointment time as long as we are notified within 48 hours of your original appointment time. $50 of the bridal appointment fee is applied to the dress when purchased on the same day as the appointment. We charge a $45 cancellation fee for bridesmaids and menswear appointments canceled within 48 hours and no-shows.
